M1432 Universal External Cylindrical Grinding Machine is suitable for grinding rotating parts with a diameter less than 320mm, such as cylindrical or conical workpieces.
The grinding wheel frame adopts an integral structure to enhance rigidity. The design of the grinding wheel spindle system ensures sufficient strength and stiffness to meet the requirements of high-efficiency grinding. The spindle bearings of the grinding wheel frame adopt two sets of sliding bearings, each set consisting of four tile shafts, characterized by high rotational accuracy, large rigidity, good anti-vibration performance, and suitability for heavy-duty cutting. The spindle bearings are lubricated directly from the oil tank, providing automatic lubrication protection and easy maintenance, meeting the requirements for high precision, high rigidity, high load, and high reliability of the grinding wheel spindle.
The lateral movement of the grinding wheel frame features hydraulic rapid traverse, manual micro feed, and automatic cycle feed of the grinding wheel.
Both the headstock spindle and the tailstock sleeve adopt Morse taper No. 4, significantly enhancing the rigidity of workpiece support. The maximum workpiece weight can reach 150kg. The headstock motor adopts a variable frequency infinitely variable speed motor.
The worktable consists of an upper and lower table for adjusting the taper of the workpiece, firmly positioned by locating columns and end pressure plates. When the upper worktable needs to rotate at an angle, the angle rotated by the upper worktable is read from the graduation scale. For fine adjustments, a dial gauge device can be used. The worktable guide rails adopt “flat-V” sliding guide rails, with the lower table guide rail surface covered with plastic and the guide rail surface manually scraped with deep grooves. The longitudinal movement of the machine table can be driven by hydraulic stepless transmission or manual handwheel, with lubrication in the form of a small hole-throttling discharge.
All moving parts of the machine tool are equipped with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical interlocking mechanisms. Rapid feed and retreat are controlled by independent handles, enhancing the safety and convenience of machine tool operation.
