Summary
This machine tool is based on the general pull-up type internal broaching machine, adopts the symmetrical design of double screw rods, and is driven by double servo motors to achieve high-precision closed-loop control. It is more suitable for machining complex shapes, large machining allowances, and high precision requirements. There are internal teeth, internal splines, and inner holes with geometric shapes. The double screw rods of the broaching machine are installed on the table of the bed table. The center line of the double screw rods and the center line of the main and auxiliary card cutter bodies are in the same straight line and vertical. This type of machine tool is more suitable for the simultaneous processing of larger workpieces or multiple stations, with high broaching precision and stable performance.
