CNC drilling and milling machines are mainly used for drilling, reaming, reaming, and tapping. It is a high-speed CNC drilling machine. Because of the development trend of machining centers, most high-speed CNC drilling and milling machines have been replaced by machining centers.
Automobile industry, electric locomotive, shipbuilding industry, aerospace and engineering machinery industry; especially for large parts with porous structures such as long laminates, side beams, structural steel, tube sheets, etc., drilling production and processing is a choice.
Common problems during application:
1. Application environment of high-speed CNC drilling and milling machines: For high-speed CNC drilling machines, a controlled indoor environment should be maintained, avoiding facilities with large vibrations (such as punching machines) and facilities with electromagnetic interference;
2. Power supply requirements.
3. High-speed CNC drilling and milling machines should have safe operating procedures: maintenance, paying attention to logs, and maintaining the site in case of common faults;
4. High-speed CNC drilling and milling machines are not suitable for long-term sealing;
5. Pay attention to the training and configuration of operators, maintenance personnel, and programmers.
Maintenance of CNC system:
1. Strictly implement safe operating procedures and daily maintenance mechanisms;
2. Prevent dust from entering the CNC device: dust and metal powder can easily cause the insulation resistance between electronic components to decrease, causing electronic components to fail or even damage;
3. Clean the cooling and exhaust systems of the CNC cabinet regularly;
4. Frequently monitor the power supply current of the CNC system: the power supply current is between 85%-110% of the rated current;
5. Regularly replace the running memory battery;
6. Maintenance of the CNC system when it is not used for a long time: frequently plug in the CNC system or let the high-speed CNC drilling machine run the warm-up process;
7. Reserve the maintenance of the circuit board.
Maintenance of mechanical parts:
1. Maintenance of ball screws and linear guides
(1) Regularly maintain and adjust the axial clearance of the screw nut to ensure the precision and axial strength of the reverse rotation;
② Regularly check whether the connection between the screw support frame and the bed is loose and whether the support frame bearing is damaged. When the above situation occurs, tighten the loose components immediately and replace the support bearing.
③ Use grease ball screws, clean the old grease on the ball screw once every six months, and replace it with new grease. The ball screw lubricated with grease should be lubricated once a day before the equipment is operated;
(4) During the operation process, prevent hard smoke or debris from entering the spiral protective cover and colliding with the protective cover. If there is any damage, please replace the protective device as soon as possible.
2. Maintenance of the transmission shaft
① Regularly adjust the tightness of the machine tool spindle transmission belt;
② Prevent all kinds of debris from entering the oil tank. Replace the grease once a year;
③ Keep the connection between the machine tool spindle and the tool holder clean. Be sure to adjust the offset of the hydraulic system and the piston in time;
④ Adjust the load in time.
Pneumatic system maintenance:
1. Remove the residue and moisture in the compressed air;
2. Check the oil pump condition of the oil mist generator in the system;
3. Maintain the tight connection of the system;
4. Pay attention to adjusting the working pressure;
5. Clean or replace the pneumatic components and filter elements.
