The M1320 external cylindrical grinding machine is suitable for grinding rotary parts with a diameter smaller than 200mm, such as cylinders or cones.
The wheel frame adopts an integral structure to increase rigidity; the design of the wheel spindle system ensures sufficient strength and rigidity for grinding precision, meeting the requirements for high-efficiency grinding. The wheel frame spindle bearings adopt two sets of sliding bearings, each set consisting of three tile shafts, which feature high rotational accuracy, large rigidity, good shock resistance, and suitability for heavy-duty cutting. The lubricating oil for the spindle bearings is directly supplied from the oil pool, providing automatic lubrication protection and easy maintenance, ensuring the high precision, high rigidity, high load-bearing capacity, and high reliability of the wheel spindle.
The lateral movement of the wheel frame has a hydraulic rapid advance and retreat function.
Both the headstock spindle and the tailstock adopt Morse 4# taper, significantly improving the rigidity of workpiece support, with a maximum workpiece weight of up to 50kg.
The worktable consists of upper and lower worktables used for adjusting the taper of workpieces, firmly positioned with the aid of positioning columns and end pressure plates. When the upper worktable needs to be rotated at an angle, the angle rotated by the upper worktable is read from the scale. For fine adjustment, a dial gauge device can be used; the worktable guide rails adopt a “flat-V” sliding guide rail, with the lower worktable guide rail surface covered with plastic and the guide rail surface manually scraped with deep knife marks. The longitudinal movement of the machine tool worktable can be achieved by hydraulic stepless transmission or manual handwheel transmission, with lubrication in the form of a small hole throttling discharge.
The various moving parts of the machine tool are equipped with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical interlocking mechanisms, and the rapid advance and retreat are controlled by independent handles, improving the safety and convenience of machine tool operation.
